FIGURE & FIGURE CLASSIQUE
AMATEUR & PRO ATHLETE CRITERIA
CATEGORIES - Novice, U30, O30, O40, O50, PRO Athlete
MUSCULARITY: Athletes should have fully developed muscle mass over all areas of the body.
CONDITION:LEAN clear and defined separation between all major muscle groups inclusive of abs, shoulders, arms, quads, hamstrings, back and glutes and calves.Striations /separations throughout muscle groups excluding glutes
SYMMETRY:
Physique should be balanced overall with chest, shoulder, arm and back (upper body) development matching glute quad, hamstring & calf development (lower body)Development through the front and back, left and right should all be in proportion.
Also consisitng of 4 x Quarter turns
POSING:
Knowing your poses and the way you execute your poses is also a crucial part of your scoring. Know your poses well and practice, practice, practice! Reminder to keep your hands open (not clenched) and of course smile
BIKINI is a 2 piece and can suit your own individual taste from mild to full blown bling

figure classique
- The Winner of this OPEN category will be awarded the Overall Ms FIGURE CLASSIQUE Champion & may be awarded a Pro Card in QLD Events. State Winners will be awarded their Elite Amateur Status
- FIGURE CLASSIQUE is judged on overall Condition, Symmetry, Proportion, Shape and Presentation.
- MUSCULARITY is still judged however as the attire is in a one piece suit, abdominals are not judged as they cannot be seen. Condition should show separation in shoulders, arms and quads, hamstrings, some striations acceptable such as chest.
- PHYSIQUE should be balanced overall with chest, shoulder, arm and back (upper body) development matching glute quad, hamstring & calf development (lower body), left side matching right side and front development matching back development.
- Judged in a One Piece Figure posing suit, high heels to be worn. The One Piece suit should be in line with the style of Figure Bikini's, with a high cut pant and cross over straps at the back. Suits may be embellished with crystals, stones etc
- POSING IWALK Competitors will do a IWALK individually to pre- selected music by Ms Fitness Australia You will enter from the side of stage to rear center of stage & hold a pose, then walk directly to front center of stage then proceed to a relaxed pose From here the judges will ask you to perform 2 poses, the first pose is a FRONT DOUBLE BICEP pose showing one thigh. Hips facing the front of the stage with one leg extended to the side, and legs facing the side. Hands to remain open The second pose is a REAR DOUBLE BICEP pose showing 1 calve. Hands to remain open The athlete will then present again in a relaxed pose before being asked to exit the stage
- Athletes will be called back on as a group to the front of the stage for QTR turns comparisions.
- A Front & rear Double Bicep pose will then finish off the round.
- FIGURE CLASSIQUE is an Optional Round & all Athletes must Enter the main Figure Division First.
