FITNESS & FITNESS ATHLETICA

AMATEUR & PRO CATEGORIES AVAILABLE. FITNESS MODEL (Tested) NOVICE*, U30, O30, O40, O50, OPEN, PRO *Athletes may continue entering Novice until they win 1st place. FITNESS ATHLETICA (Non-Tested) OPEN Division. Open to ALL Athletes from ANY federation. OVERALL WINNERS may be awarded a Pro Card (QLD only) STATE WINNERS receive Elite Amateur Status. DIVISION ELIGIBILTY When entering the FITNESS category, athletes must choose the division that best reflects their experience, eligibility, and competitive history.
 This ensures fairness and upholds the intregity of the Event. Tested Divisions - Drug testing will be conducted.
 Athletes must fully comply with testing requirements. JUDGING CRITERIA Full six-pack definition. Clear, visible separation between major muscle groups, without striations. Key areas of required separation. Shoulders / Biceps. Quads / Hamstrings. Glutes / Hamstrings. SYMMETRY Athletes should present full, balanced muscular development.
Ideal shape: The “X-Frame” Full rounded shoulders. Developed lats. Tight, visible six-pack. Developed quads. Full rounded glutes with tight hamstrings. Balance matters:
 Upper-body development should match lower-body development 
(e.g., shoulders/back should match quads/glutes/hamstrings) STAGE PRESENCE Confident walking, posing, engagement, poise, personality & professionalism. "You’ve worked hard — walk out with confidence and enjoy the spotlight! BIKINI STAGE ATTIRE Athletes may choose moderate to full-coverage 2 piece Bikinis. This can be of any colour, with optional crystals/embellishments. Micro bikinis and G-strings are not permitted. STAGE WALK REQUIREMENTS All athletes must complete a individual T-Walk (as shown in diagram below) Followed by group QTR turn comparisions. #PLEASE NOTE - FITNESS MODELS CAN CROSSSOVER TO SPORTS MODEL ONLY.

The winner of the OPEN category, including Athletica, wIll compete for the Overall Ms Fitness Classique Champion Title. Overall Winners may be awarded a Pro Card (QLD only) State winners receive Elite Amateur Status. JUDGING CRITERIA Image & Posing Overall Stage Presentation Symmetry Condition CONDITION REQUIREMENTS Athletes should display Slight separation in shoulders, arms, quads, and hamstrings No visible striations STAGE PRESENCE Confident walking, posing, and engagement Poise, personality, professionalism. One big, confident smile to complete the look SWIMSUIT ATTIRE Judged in a one-piece posing suit. Must flatter the physique. Feature a high cut waist. Be of any colour, with optional crystals/embellishments. STAGE REQUIREMENTS Competitors complete an Individual I-Walk Followed by group QTR turn comparisons FITNESS CLASSIQUE IS AN OPTIONAL CATEGORY. #PLEASE NOTE - FITNESS CLASSIQUE CAN CROSSSOVER TO SPORTS CLASSIQUE ONLY.

I WALK INSTRUCTIONS Enter stage → walk to Point 1 (centre rear) Hold a relaxed pose Move to Point 2 performing Front pose Rear pose Side pose Exit the stage Athletes will return for group QTR Turns. AIM: Maintain relaxed, confident energy while showcasing your physique and personality.
