WELLNESS CRITERIA

AMATEUR & PRO ATHLETE CRITERIA Muscle Development: Judges will look for a well-developed lower body with muscular thighs and glutes. The upper body should also be toned but not as muscular as the lower body. Conditioning: Competitors should be sufficiently lean to clearly demonstrate that their lower body symmetry is the result of well-developed muscles. Stage Presence and Presentation: Confidence, poise, and overall presentation on stage play a significant role. Competitors must display a polished and professional appearance. You've worked hard it's time to show it off with confidence and a smile! Know your poses and know your walk .. practice, practice, practice! WELLNESS Athletes are also judged on their, confidence, stage walk, presence A Wellness competitor will be expected to have: Well rounded & developed quads with some visible separation in front poses.Well developed hamstrings.Glute / Hamstring separation.Shoulder and back development should be noticeably less than glute / hamstring developmet.A toned and tight midsection. Bikini's can suit your own individual taste from mild to full blown bling T WALK INSTRUCTIONS Enter the stage and walk directly to the middle rear of the stage and hold a relaxed pose at point 1.After posing at point 1 Athletes will do 2 poses Front & Rear on points 2, 3, 4 & then exit the stage.Once all competitors are finished you will come back on the stage for quarter turn comparisons.The idea is to look as though your having fun displaying a bit of your personality. ATHLETES CANNOT CROSS OVER TO OTHER MAIN CATEGORIES Theme Wear is a free optional round for Athletes to enter

wellness classique

The winner of this OPEN category will be the Overall Ms Wellness Classique Champion & will be awarded a Pro Card in QLD events. State Winners will be awarded their Elite Amateur Status.
Wellness Classique is judged on Image, Posing, Overall Stage Presentation.
CONDITIONShould show slight separation in shoulders, arms and quads, hamstrings. No striations should be seenJudged in a One Piece posing suit. The One Piece swimsuit suit should flatter the physique, and be of a high cut waist cut. Suits may be of any colour & be embellished with crystals I WALK INSTRUCTIONS Enter the stage and walk directly to the middle rear of the stage and hold a relaxed pose at point 1.After posing at point 1 Athletes will do 3 poses Front Rear & Side on Point 2. After completing your I-walk you will exit the stage until each competitor has finished.Once all competitors are finished you will come back on the stage for Quarter turn comparisons.The idea is to look as though your having fun displaying a bit of your personality.
